As often and whenever you like. We will bear the cost of the metropolitan railway ticket to Salzburg for the duration of your stay. Salzburg is only twenty minutes away from the stop directly next to our hotel.

TENNENGAU PLUS-CARD

Reduced admission to numerous excursion destinations in the Tennengau region and the surrounding area, and free use of public transport buses and trains.

RESTAURANT

We enjoy spoiling our guests in our cosy dining rooms with delicious culinary specialities prepared using high-quality regional products, in part sourced from the hotel's own farm.

DOGS

It is essential that you already let us know whether you are planning to bring your dog along when making your initial enquiry, as we can only accommodate a limited number of dogs at any one time.

We are sure you will appreciate that we cannot permit animals in the natural swimming pool, the spa facilities and also the breakfast area.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

We guarantee that you will be able to check in at 14:00 on the day of arrival. Should you arrive earlier and your room is already ready for you, you are welcome to occupy it earlier, of course.

Please vacate your room by 11:00 on the day of departure.

Late check-out: If our bookings situation permits it, you are welcome to check out later on your day of departure. Extra charge: €20.00 per room.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival in writing without charge.

Should you cancel later than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival (14:00 local time) or fail to arrive, we will charge 80% of the cost of the length of stay booked.

Should you fail to arrive by 18:00 on the agreed date of arrival, we shall not be legally obliged to accommodate you, unless a later arrival time has been agreed in advance.
